Brookspharma Nigeria Limited is a company that specializes in the distribution of pharmaceutical and Health care products and Services.<\/p>\n<p>Brookspharma Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Graduate Trainee<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizes and manages the day-to-day running of the Directors\u2019 affairs to ensure the provision of high-quality support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains an efficient filing system at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the Directors\u2019 for meetings, trips, and events.<\/li>\n<li>Receives visitors to the Directors\u2019 office as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Works with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the Directors\u2019 correspondence, including calls, emails, post, and fax to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Collects and researches information on assigned matters.<\/li>\n<li>Produces reports and statistical analyses as per the request of the Directors\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree or HND in any discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal\/ external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s to: <strong>bassey.uzoma@brookspharma.com.ng<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th August, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brookspharma Nigeria Limited is private indigenous pharmaceutical company.
