{"id":29007,"date":"2016-07-14T13:40:12","date_gmt":"2016-07-14T12:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=29007"},"modified":"2016-11-22T09:28:00","modified_gmt":"2016-11-22T08:28:00","slug":"vacancies-west-african-examinations-council","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/vacancies-west-african-examinations-council.html","title":{"rendered":"Vacancies at The West African Examinations Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The West African Examinations Council, a sub-regional organisaton responsible for the conduct of a variety of examinations in English-speaking West African countries, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below in its Nigeria National Office:<br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: Assistant Examinations Officer III (General Duties)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of OND, NCE or their equivalent, in any discipline from any recognized Institution.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>All Applicants must possess five (5) credits in SSCE\/WASSCE, including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting, or six (6) credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must not be above 35 years.<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration paid by the Council is competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Examinations Officer III (Accounts)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of OND, NCE or their equivalent, in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, and Insurance from any recognized Institution or, Accounting Technicians Scheme (ATS) Certificate of ICAN or ACCA.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be Computer Literate.<\/li>\n<li>All Applicants must possess five (5) credits in SSCE\/WASSCE, including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting, or six (6) credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must not be above 35 years.<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration paid by the Council is competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Examinations Officer III (Computer Services)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of OND in Computer Studies, Computer Engineering and Electrical\/Electronics from any recognized Institution or, Certificate in Computer Foundation Examination (CFE).<\/li>\n<li>All Applicants must possess five (5) credits in SSCE\/WASSCE, including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting, or six (6) credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must not be above 35 years.<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration paid by the Council is competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants should submit their application letters at any WAEC Zonal and Branch Offices nationwide, as well as in the office of the<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deputy Director (HRM), <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>WAEC, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Yaba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With effect from 11th July, 2016. Such letters should indicate the following:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Full Names<br \/>\n(2) Age\/Date of Birth<br \/>\n(3) State of Origin<br \/>\n(4) e-Mail Address<br \/>\n(5) Telephone No(s)<br \/>\n(6) Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>The Application letters should be SUBMITTED not later than 15th July, 2016.
