They are competent at planning and organising so as to meet business plan objectives. Some involvement in project work may be required.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<br \/>\nPERFORMANCE MEASURES <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote products to designated customers in order to achieve territory plan objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Product Promotion &amp; Sales<\/li>\n<li>Effective selling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of territory plan objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Call rate<\/li>\n<li>Coverage and frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Market Share cf National Average<\/li>\n<li>Change in Market Share cf National Average.<\/li>\n<li>% growth in Market Share cf National Average.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Special event\u2019 meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge to gain product endorsement to generate sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Customer Relations <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer rapport.<\/li>\n<li>Coverage and frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Up to date customer records.<\/li>\n<li>Development of key opinion leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Hospital referral patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Distributor information and support<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with distributor reps to ensure timely pick up and supplies of orders from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Timely response to customer queries on product \/ medical information and other activities relating to company and own duties.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosis of situation of territory e.g. local politics, PCG\u2019s, local initiatives leading to subsequent design and implementation of territory business plan to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Planning and Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production of workable business plan with objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Business plan implemented\/updated as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of objectives outlined in plan.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstration that territory knowledge has been acted on.<\/li>\n<li>Feedback to Team and Head Office of relevant competitor activity or local issues to ensure appropriate action can be taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Market Intelligence <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitor knowledge\/activities and products, campaigns &#8211; key issues identified and fed back.<\/li>\n<li>Local situations are known e.g. political, formularies, budgets, PCG\u2019s, new developments.<\/li>\n<li>Parallel trade and fakes report in line with the agreed standards and time lines to the regulatory department.<\/li>\n<li>Adverse event monitoring and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with territory team members to share information, motivate and support team members and therefore contribute to the generation and delivery of the business plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Teamwork. <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team rapport.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of shared business plan objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Feedback &#8211; team members, trainer, manager (giving &amp; receiving).<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing of appropriate information.<\/li>\n<li>Good territory management e.g. sharing\/exchanging meetings and appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Taking on territory team responsibility e.g. minutes at meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance of new reps to gain quick knowledge of processes and market dynamics as well as reports during the period of field training.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively implement\/update personal development plan in order to develop self further within current role or prepare for any future roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Self Development <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of skills, knowledge and competency.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and act on feedback from team members, trainer, managers.<\/li>\n<li>Commit to improvement in It skills through active sharing and learning from other colleagues and supervisors to enhance timely responses to feedbacks and completion of online quizzes and training as required while minimizing inappropriate usage of company laptop and accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Good driving skills and adherence to traffic rules to limit cases of vehicle accidents or incidents and maximize maintenance costs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure territory and administrative systems\/processes are maintained and updated to ensure an accurate record of territory is available at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Administrative Systems <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurate, timely reports.<\/li>\n<li>Expenses submitted on time.<\/li>\n<li>Weekly monthly itinerary and clinical meeting plans and preapproval forms.<\/li>\n<li>Up to date territory records.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy e.g. Power point, Excel, Word, outlook etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain any company equipment in representatives care.<br \/>\nCompany Equipment\/Materials:<br \/>\n\u2022 State of car.<br \/>\n\u2022 Orderly boot stocked with correct items.<br \/>\n\u2022 Security &#8211; computer\/literature not on display in the car.<br \/>\n\u2022 Equipment maintained in good working order.<br \/>\n\u2022 Condition of returned equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE; QUALIFICATIONS &amp;
