Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required. At least 5-8 years\u2019 experience in education reform with a focus on primary education sector work in teacher education.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work with government, partners and\/or local government structures and schools\u2019 settings. Proven expertise in Hausa language, early grade reading instruction and\/or assessment and reading material development.<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in teacher training and support for the development and production of instructional materials, including but not limited to: effective teacher training modules, assessment and\/or supplementary materials.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in coordination of training interventions, setting realistic priorities, and planning for the successful implementation of activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Program Officer &#8211; Community Services<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\nContract Type: Full term<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Program Officer-Community Services Under the technical leadership of the Senior Technical Officer, Prevention\/Care &amp; Treatment, the Program Officer-Community Services, will provide support to and coordination the implementation of relevant areas under OVC, Care and Support (Adult &amp; Pediatric) and Communication.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will support program planning, design, review and the monitoring of the program implemented at the field level.<\/li>\n<li>As part of his\/her activity implementation on Communication, the Program Officer will be responsible for identifying and documenting for dissemination success stories emanating from program implementation across the different thematic areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Recruitment Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Public Health, Nursing preferably Public Health Nursing, Sciences or Behavioral Sciences, with 5-7 years working experience in development programs at the community level with at least 3-5 years\u2019 experience with HIV\/AIDS program planning and implementation working with public and NGO sectors required<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of scientific grant proposal writing skills is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Officer &#8211; M&amp;E\/Database Programming<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\nContract Type: Full term<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Technical Officer &#8211; M&amp;E\/Database Programming will under the supervision of Snr M&amp;E Officer, responsible for the Design and Development of all software applications both Web-based and Client server, writing of SQL queries for routine and adhoc Reports, Database Administration, Data Confidentiality and security, Data Processing and Analysis, Database Design and Development, Hardware and Software Technical and Managerial Support.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he is responsible for the day to day operations of data processing, planning, maintenance and development of AHNi databases, assists in development of data procedural protocols, update, and reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Recruitment Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or its recognized equivalent with 5 &#8211; 7 years post national youth service relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Or MS\/MA Geographic Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or its recognized equivalent, and 3 &#8211; 5 year post national youth service relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in geospatial and health information systems (GIS) and\/or database management is required,<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Technical Officer &#8211; PCT<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Abuja<br \/>\nContract Type: Full term<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Senior Technical Officer-PCT will provide technical support to implement high quality care, treatment and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV\/AIDS including provision of Anti-retroviral therapy (ART).<\/li>\n<li>In addition, he\/she will be responsible for providing programmatic support to GBV issues and technical leadership to the Program Officer, Community Services, in the areas of Care and Support (Adult &amp;
