Drawing from its Deep Domain Expertise, in the area of organisational effectiveness and employee performance, the Company is positioned to assist businesses across diverse sectors of the economy in their quest to create sustainable value for their stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Quality Assurance Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><br \/>\nApplies the principles of product quality planning, evaluation, and control in support of the manufacturing and installation operations of the organization.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for applicable systems related to plant customer issues such as corrective action requests, supplier corrective action requests, nonconforming material reports, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Leads containment activities.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in change management activities by verifying products and processes, developing key measures, and analyzing data for decision support.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts audits of processes and quality systems.<\/li>\n<li>Works with purchasing to improve the quality of purchased parts.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a quality technical resource to other functional areas.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates continuous improvement quality activities to reduce the potential for defects, and ensures continual improvement in process and product design.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures products and process development meet quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies problems, prioritizes actions, leads or participates in Six Sigma projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/B.Tech Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent problem solving And quality improvement skills<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years level of relevant work experience required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nApplicants should kindly send their CVs to: <b>jobs@wfmcentre.com<\/b><br \/>\nPlease\u00a0<i>indicate<\/i>\u00a0the position for which you are\u00a0<i>applying for<\/i>\u00a0in the\u00a0<i>subject<\/i>\u00a0line.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Management Centre Limited is a Management Consulting and Outsourcing Professional Services Firm.
