The Electronic Banking Services Head is requested to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with clients to implement file automation solutions which link their ERP\/treasury management systems with CitiDirect in order to transfer payment files and receive statement data over a secure connection.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve monthly and weekly goals for investigation resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Identify incidents or developing situations such as outages that could potentially lead to client complaints and alert management accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Represent EBS in cross-departmental meetings, knowledge forums and client conference calls as required.<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality and Control reviews on all Electronic Banking Systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Provide our clients with trusted advice that will enable them to fully appreciate the capabilities of Citi\u2019s electronic product range.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full and detailed testing of files and connections are complete before customer is considered active.<\/li>\n<li>Complete Training and Support of CitiDirect, Be Mobile, CitiDirect Tablet and related electronic banking systems etc<\/li>\n<li>Provide in-depth training to clients explaining the technical, functional and business capabilities of CitiDirect, training to be delivered either remotely or onsite with the client.<\/li>\n<li>Provide first and Second level and technical support in respect of all EB applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Knowledge\/Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of working with various forms of electronic banking platforms and interfaces or core transaction processing channels and in developing and leading a skilled team.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of technical electronic banking infrastructure, testing and ACH and Funds Transfer processing platforms, thorough appreciation of the functioning of various clearing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Banking and extensive Cash management product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge, appreciation and understanding of operating within Citi in different functional areas.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP platforms rollouts for local and international clients locally and internationally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Information Technology or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of English<\/li>\n<li>Graduate of an acceptable university, preferably from engineering, management information systems, business administration, economics,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge of Windows and Java applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong Technical background<\/li>\n<li>Drive and ability to take initiatives independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to get things done and question if things can be done in a better way<\/li>\n<li>Flexible in the tasks that have been assigned and to be able to prioritize accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of software development, testing and release management<\/li>\n<li>Strong Internet application knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Strong network\/infrastructure knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Information technologies experience is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.citi.com\/job\/lagos\/electronic-banking-officer\/287\/2682267\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Click Here To Apply<\/a><b>\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nExceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.<br \/>\n<b>Citi is an Equal Opportunities Employer<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Citibank Nigeria Limited, the leading global financial services company, provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services.
