{"id":29788,"date":"2016-08-11T14:29:37","date_gmt":"2016-08-11T13:29:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=29788"},"modified":"2016-08-11T14:29:37","modified_gmt":"2016-08-11T13:29:37","slug":"oracle-applications-sales-representative-territory-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/oracle-applications-sales-representative-territory-manager.html","title":{"rendered":"Oracle: Applications Sales Representative \/ Territory Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oracle provides the world&#8217;s most complete, open, and integrated business software and hardware systems, with more than 370,000 customers including 100 of the Fortune 100 representing a variety of sizes and industries in more than 145 countries around the globe.<\/p>\n<p>Oracle is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Applications Sales Representative\/Territory Manager, HCM<\/strong><br \/>\nJob Code: 16000VZK<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winning new ERP \/ CRM \/HRM \/HCM license sales revenue in line with targets<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an understanding of Oracle&#8217;s strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an awareness of Oracle&#8217;s current and future application\/technology products and services<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector<\/li>\n<li>Developing a strategy and sales plan to address Sector requirements<\/li>\n<li>Developing profiles of targeted accounts<\/li>\n<li>Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions<\/li>\n<li>Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Generating and following up on leads<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying leads and prioritising opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Marshalling internal and Partner resources to conduct campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Goal:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop and maintain the long-term relationship between Oracle and designated customers to support revenue growth. Works towards an allocated License Sales Revenue target.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Scope:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to Applications Sales Director<\/li>\n<li>Has no direct reports, but leads the activities of virtual teams in support of customers<\/li>\n<li>Works in a designated industry on a defined customer list and cooperates with his Technology Sales Representative counterpart as well as Senior Apps Account Manager<\/li>\n<li>Works with appropriate Oracle Partners, i.e. resellers, SI&#8217;s, ISV&#8217;s, technology partners and alliances<\/li>\n<li>Works with Pre Sales, Marketing and other Lines of Business (LOBs) to maximize the return form the assigned set of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Works towards an allocated License Sales Revenue target<\/li>\n<li>Works to identify and cover all organisations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated account list focusing on building a strong pipeline and closing opportunities in a timely fashion in Gulf region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Competency Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7 years of sales experience in the enterprise IT sector , covering large accounts\/ complex deals<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of selling large applications deals in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the enterprise software market<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel on frequent basis<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, fast learner and hungry for knowledge and information<\/li>\n<li>Fully aware of technology trends, industry standards and terminology<\/li>\n<li>Excellent account management and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to comprehend the strategic issues of selling Enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM and HRM\/HCM<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English is a must<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable overachievement of revenue goals<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to overachieve revenue goals<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales skills; including business justification, negotiation and closing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oracle provides the world&#8217;s most complete, open, and integrated business software and hardware systems, with more than 370,000 customers including 100 of the Fortune 100 representing a variety of sizes&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10155,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[63],"tags":[113],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
