do so and as part of our expansion plans.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\nGrade level: Assistant General Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide leadership and strategic direction to the Group; initiate and drive a systemic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and governance processes; and also ensure compliance with all statutory regulations\/ internal policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Knowledge and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess a Bachelors&#8217; degree in Accounting or any other related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Membership of one or more relevant professional bodies (i.e ICAN, ACCA, CISA, CRISC) is required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 12 years post NYSC work experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial position<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be more than 40 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in an insurance company or within the financial services industry may also be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in strategic thinking, an analytical and proactive mindset<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management leadership and team building<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English, excellent writing ability and excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work with others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N14 Million per annum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Performance Bonus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 30% of Gross
