2012.<\/p>\n<p>The main business activity is manufacturing of Table Water and concentrates: Blackcurrant, Orange, Pineapple and Lemon Lime.<\/p>\n<p>Abraham and Sarah Beverages Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title: Quality Control Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Ota, Ojuore Ogun<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate should posses a minimum of HND in Food Science Technology or related field.<\/li>\n<li>With 1-2 year working experience as QC in a FMCG Company<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be competent and skilful.<\/li>\n<li>Remuneration and Conditions of Service<\/li>\n<li>Basic\/Bonus Pay is negotiable, based on level of experience\/performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Title: Production Manager<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Ogun<br \/>\nReport To: General Manager<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Sango Ota, Ogun<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that goods are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the production is cost effective;<\/li>\n<li>Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;<\/li>\n<li>Can read and Analyze water samples;<\/li>\n<li>Working out the human and material resources needed;<\/li>\n<li>Drafting a timescale for the job;<\/li>\n<li>Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;<\/li>\n<li>Working with managers to implement the company&#8217;s policies and goals;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;<\/li>\n<li>Supervising and motivating team of workers;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing worker performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Analysis or related Discipline<\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience in FMCG preferably food manufacturing company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in FMCG industry with, key issues, trends and development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the local and international food manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to influence others<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and holistically and to appreciate the systematic impact of various policies, issues and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Good planning, Organizational and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to motivate teams and individuals<\/li>\n<li>Competent in the use of computers to enhance work performance,<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic with a strong business orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Title: Sales Driver<br \/>\nLocation: <\/b>Ota, Ogun<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deploy special sales activities to increase sales.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and explore new sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Covering outlets within own territory.<\/li>\n<li>Very good driving skills with previous experience driving a mini truck\/van<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND qualification with 2 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Living within Ota and environs ONLY<\/li>\n<li>Basic practical sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>Full of energy and passion for excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, organizing, customer relation and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Team player.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Drivers License and LASSRA permit<\/li>\n<li>Very ruthless for objective achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to sales volume objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of OTA, Lagos and environs would be an added Advantage<\/li>\n<li>Previous Experience as a Sales Driver with a
