The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Customer Service Officer<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Qualification:<\/strong>BA\/BSc\/HND<br \/>\n<strong>Job Field:<\/strong>\u00a0Administration \/ Secretarial \u00a0Customer Care<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with customers over the phone, face to face, by email, or live chat.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments<\/li>\n<li>Review or make changes to customer accounts<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents<\/li>\n<li>Take the extra mile to engage customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters<\/li>\n<li>Well-presented, polite and tactful<\/li>\n<li>Can handle complaints in a calm manner<\/li>\n<li>Have very good IT and Numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV&#8217;s to <strong>info@adunniorganics.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adunni Organics is an e-commerce business that produces and sells personal care products.
