We hereby require application from suitably qualified candidate to fill the following vacant positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Company Solicitor\/Legal Secretary<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and administer all contracts<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate deals and attend company meeting<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating employee contracts<\/li>\n<li>Reporting, drafting, and reviewing of legal document<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and filing government reports<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers &amp; acquisitions, financial\/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)<\/li>\n<li>Develop company policy and position on legal issues<\/li>\n<li>Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks<\/li>\n<li>Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters<\/li>\n<li>Formulating employee handbooks<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed services<\/li>\n<li>Representing the company before administrative boards and court trials<\/li>\n<li>Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have at least a second class upper Degree from a recognized University.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Legal Practitioner, or a Law graduate that has been called to bar, with minimum of 3 years experience .<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in commercial law, understand the e-payment industry and should be able to work with minimal supervision,<\/li>\n<li>Relevant post graduate qualifications may be an added advantage, but are not a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of commercial laws.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven and resourceful<\/li>\n<li>Sound interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 28 years Old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n9th September, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Business Development Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish new accounts, develop, coordinate, and monitor performance of existing ones<\/li>\n<li>Identify, cultivates, and solicit business from new companies and also initialize sales leads to determine potential of securing new business.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals and contracts for clients;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that total sales target in the region is met.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance to all approved policies, processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Sustains the growth of company&#8217;s business<\/li>\n<li>Establishing new business relationships within the industry<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating the business ideas according to the company criteria<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out the supporting market studies<\/li>\n<li>Defining project scope<\/li>\n<li>Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relations Management<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and cultivates the relationship with decision makers at the major accounts<\/li>\n<li>Ensures flawless flow of communication<\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence in the following areas<\/li>\n<li>Competitor intelligence, Advertising and Promotion, Edits company literature, product profiles, company website<\/li>\n<li>Organizes participation at trade shows<\/li>\n<li>Generate weekly reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Support Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategy\/Corporate Development\/Investment Requests<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the strategy development and review<\/li>\n<li>Assists in establishing and reviewing the 5 &#8211;
