The division has been driving improvements in efficiency in its projects in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>ABB\u2019s Power Technology Division serves electric, gas and water utilities, as well as industrial and commercial customers, and channel partners with a broad range of products, systems and services for power transmission, distribution and power plant automation<strong>. <\/strong>ABB Nigeria is recruiting for a\u00a0<strong>MV HV Service Engineer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>MV HV Service Engineer (3 position)<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nSummary of Responsibilities<\/strong>: Our Service Engineer provides on or off-site corrective or preventive maintenance and offers after-sales technical support including installation and commissioning of our products sold.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will respond to customer\u2019s call-outs, diagnose problems, evaluate and resolve such problems.<\/li>\n<li>You will assist with installation of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>You will liaise and work alongside technical sales engineers to offer training to our customers as desired including repairing, tasting and maintenance of equipment.<\/li>\n<li>You will monitor the performance of products and maintain manuals.<\/li>\n<li>You will provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service request while developing and maintaining the desired relationships with them.<\/li>\n<li>You will also make recommendations to maintenance technicians and offer feedback on future product development, features and functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role profile<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Same as in MV HV sale engineer above plus demonstrable experience in stations\/substations, LV, MV equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method of Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Forward application and CV as one document in MS Word or PDF format to include your 5\u00d77 passport photo to\u00a0<strong>recruitment@ng.abb.com<\/strong> indicating your name and position you are applying as subject line. e.g Atoo Kurugh, Service Engineer.<\/p>\n<p>Only short listed candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline:\u00a0<strong>19th February, 2010<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABB activities in Nigeria concentrate on the Power Technology division.
