The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring guests\u2019 requests and to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating<\/li>\n<li>Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones<\/li>\n<li>Expect and react promptly to guests\u2019 requirements and inquires<\/li>\n<li>Actively listen and resolve guests\u2019 complaints<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery<\/li>\n<li>Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered<\/li>\n<li>Direct, coach and manage guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Appraise team\u2019s performance and produce reports<\/li>\n<li>Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to complete relevant paperwork.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Previous supervisory experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 \u2013 7 years\u2019 experience in the hospitality industry<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as guest relations manager<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in hospitality<\/li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry\u2019s latest trends<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with guest relationship management software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Not Specified<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bradfield Consulting &#8211; Our client, a big player in the hospitality space, which offers a collection of the finest fully serviced apartments in Abuja, geared towards the long stay guest&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10160,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[34],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
