Present in 29 countries, the Group has a total customer base of more 250 million customers.<br \/>\nOrange Business Services, is one of the world leaders in providing telecommunication services to multinational companies with a presence in 220 countries and territories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>PreSales Solution Partner<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Location:<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre Sales support for Africa Sales team across Network and other BU solutions to multinational customers<\/li>\n<li>Building solutions across multiple domains and solution blocks<\/li>\n<li>Customer facing engagement<\/li>\n<li>Internal engagement to Sales and central teams<\/li>\n<li>Build technical solutions and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Proposal generation<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on governance and process<\/li>\n<li>Support of Order to Bill where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong broad generalist skills<\/li>\n<li>Hands on Low Level Design<\/li>\n<li>Customer workshop facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Crisis management<\/li>\n<li>Working under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with and designing RIP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP routing protocols<\/li>\n<li>Reasonable commercial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsindependent self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Sense of urgency<\/li>\n<li>Structured and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>\u201ccan do\u201d, customer-focused attitude<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Good Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage customers, understand issues and pain points in their ICT environment and map these to solution from Orange Business Services<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and with rigour and speed<\/li>\n<li>Creative and can take initiative and be pro active<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage Technical bid workstreams and contribute to large bid programs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write compelling technical documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cisco CCNP<\/li>\n<li>TOGAF\/ ITIL advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Bachelors degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or IT field<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>French advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 \u2013 10 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in the Pre Sales and Networking area<\/li>\n<li>Strong generalist understanding of Microsoft, Fortinet and other industry vendors<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding on MPLS and building multinational Network Solution<\/li>\n<li>VoIP understanding<\/li>\n<li>Design, Build and Manage experience<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of ITIL and operational support requirements for Enterprise customers<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Africa Telecoms and regulatory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Africa competitive landscape for Enterprise Telco services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n8th December, 2016<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orange is one of the world&#8217;s leading telecommunications operators with sales of 40 billion euros for 2015 and has 154,000 employees worldwide, including 96,000 employees in France.
