The ABB Group of companies operates in roughly 100 countries and employs about 140,000 people.<\/p>\n<p>ABB Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> Sales Specialist<b><br \/>\nLocation:<\/b> Nigeria<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell products\/systems\/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Customer relations: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product\/systems\/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Sales: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creates added value for the customer and ABB by using effective sales techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Volume and profit: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sells products\/systems\/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units\/Product Groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Sales plans: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares sales plans using company tools.<\/li>\n<li>Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Marketing: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>New market opportunities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience 3 to 5 years in sales of electrical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical, Electronic or similar engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel 50%<\/li>\n<li>English language<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity, business vision, customer relationship capacity, desirable knowledge of CRM, risk analysis capacity, collaboration with product managers.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in the market knowledge OEMS and system integrators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply below<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABB Nigeria is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility, industry, and transport and infrastructure customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact.
