Good interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification: Graduate \/ Post graduate.<\/li>\n<li>Desired Experience: 3\/5 Years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Customer Interaction Supervisor<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizes and directs the day-to-day activities related to the operation of the Call Center.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing, training &amp; guiding call center agents in performing their duties.<\/li>\n<li>Provides support, reports &amp; resolves problems and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Carries out supervision, coaching, call monitoring, training, reviewing and disciplining of all operators\/agents.<\/li>\n<li>Attends, follows up &amp; resolves customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Carries out performance monitoring, measurement and evaluation of all operators\/agents to improve efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that team members obtain the appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors agents &amp; contact center performance, and analyzes reports.<\/li>\n<li>Helps developing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises, plans and manages functions related to Call Center work area.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees and directs the day-to-day activities of telephone operators and call center agents.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a source of information and answers operator\/agents questions, assigns tasks, follows up and gives instructions as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Contact:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routine contacts with HOD Customer Service.
