commercial\/residential property.<\/li>\n<li>Help in the management of all aspects of assigned properties<\/li>\n<li>Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<li>Help Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the maintenance of a positive, productive relationship with tenants<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate lease\/contracts
