{"id":3107,"date":"2010-02-18T11:12:06","date_gmt":"2010-02-18T10:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=3107"},"modified":"2010-10-23T18:05:44","modified_gmt":"2010-10-23T17:05:44","slug":"adexen-nigeria-regulatory-affair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/adexen-nigeria-regulatory-affair.html","title":{"rendered":"Adexen Nigeria Vacancies: Regulatory Affair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/adexen.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-318\" title=\"adexen\" src=\"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/adexen.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"104\" \/><\/a>Adexen Nigeria<\/strong> is recruiting for its client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Regulatory Affair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must have a first experience in a similar position in an Industrial company.<\/p>\n<p>She\/ he will ensure the appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of company products in order to ensure their safety and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the NAFDAC, SIBN JMP Compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of international legislation,      guidelines and customer practices;<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and collating a wide range of      information;<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with a company&#8217;s product      range;<\/li>\n<li>Developing and writing clear arguments and      explanations for new product licenses and license renewals;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing submissions of license variations and      renewals to strict deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and setting timelines for license      variations and renewal approvals;<\/li>\n<li>Writing clear, accessible product labels and      patient information leaflets;<\/li>\n<li>Planning and developing product trials and      interpreting trial data;<\/li>\n<li>Advising scientists and manufacturers on      regulatory requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Project managing teams of colleagues involved      with the development of new products;<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking and managing regulatory inspections;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing company practices and providing advice      on changes to systems;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with, and making presentations to,      regulatory authorities;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with regulatory authorities for      marketing authorization;<\/li>\n<li>Specifying storage, labeling and packaging requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bsc or Msc as Pharmaceutics<\/li>\n<li>Must be a qualified regulatory affair.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3\/5 years experience in a similar      position.<\/li>\n<li>Be personable and of high integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in multicultural environment and      under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Fully fluent in spoken and written English.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate presentation, excellent interpersonal      skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.adexen.com\/offer_NGA0318_regulatory-affair.html\">Click here to Apply online:<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Nigeria is recruiting for its client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Regulatory Affair.
