We work tirelessly to apply the latest technology to the property industry in an innovative way.<\/p>\n<p>We make it easy for buyers and prospective tenants to find properties for sale and to rent, and to provide enough property information to make a buying or renting decision.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Sales Account Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect for clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to develop relationships as well as create new ones, close deals and meet targets and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide client training to ensure efficient use of the service to achieve good ROI<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention<\/li>\n<li>Identification of sales opportunities within an assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Sales of subscription products to those identified targets<\/li>\n<li>Hit online and offline monthly sales revenue targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in sales<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with backgrounds in real estate, offline or online media sales will be highly regarded.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of MS Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional time management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nWe offer a highly competitive and attractive remuneration package including good basic, transport and phone allowances plus industry leading Commission Structure, as well as a Monthly and Yearly incentives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should send in their updated CV&#8217;s, making the position the title of your mail (as mails without the appropriate title will not be entertained), to: <strong>jobs@privateproperty.com.ng<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n31st October,2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Private Property is passionate about property and technology.
