{"id":3121,"date":"2010-02-18T13:43:42","date_gmt":"2010-02-18T12:43:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=3121"},"modified":"2010-10-23T18:07:13","modified_gmt":"2010-10-23T17:07:13","slug":"adexen-nigeria-hr-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/adexen-nigeria-hr-manager.html","title":{"rendered":"Adexen Nigeria Vacancies: HR Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Job description<\/h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate must have a solid experience in a similar position in the<strong> <\/strong>FMCG industry.<\/p>\n<p>The primary scope of this function is to build and protect the Company\u2019s most valuable asset which is the Human Resources by fostering a culture of \u2018\u2019equal opportunity employer\u2019\u2019 and building<\/p>\n<p>He\/she must recruit and develop the right talents with the right skills and competencies to achieve the Company\u2019s mission, vision and values.<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, develop and implement the HR fundamentals including the review of the Company Code of Conduct, Compensation &amp; Benefits policy, Succession Planning, Recruitment process, training &amp; developments<\/li>\n<li>Manage all Internal Relations &amp; Admin      matters<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the Payroll proper calculation and administration, as well as the compliance with the relevant taxation laws<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a proper Performance      Appraisal System<\/li>\n<li>Manage and control departmental expenditure      within agreed budgets<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other functional\/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements<\/li>\n<li>Manage all employee relations including managing conflicts, dismissal, corrective measures as well as conducting exit interviews and performance evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a qualified HR Manager<\/li>\n<li>University graduate with preferably a      specialization in HR management<\/li>\n<li>At least 8-10 years experience in a similar position or having handled senior roles in different HR functions within a solid corporate environment<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent inter-personal      relationship and sound leadership quality.<\/li>\n<li>Possess ability to resolve conflict.<\/li>\n<li>Be personable and of high integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in multicultural      environment and under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate presentation, excellent      interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Perfect command of the English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.adexen.com\/offer_NGA0319_hr-manager.html\">Click here to apply through Adexen Nigeria<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job description The ideal candidate must have a solid experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.
