We place great value on the relationship with our customers and ensure every effort is made to keep them satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Business Development Associate<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify new opportunities that create value for the company and are aligned with our vision.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining a pipeline of active and qualified accounts within prospective commercial sectors;<\/li>\n<li>Establish and retain knowledge of products and service offerings;<\/li>\n<li>Adapt product\/solution offerings to meet client business goals;<\/li>\n<li>Communicate sales activity and pipeline forecasts to management;<\/li>\n<li>Contact customers and\/or potential clients to answer questions and provide information and customer service;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and analysis into future plans and needs of targeted agencies\/customers;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government or private commercial entities that generate procurement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Providing research assistance<\/li>\n<li>Creating and building customer relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and facilitating proposal process for specific clients\/sponsors including proposal writing, and customer presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting company sales targets through development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, sales programs and goal setting.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and all other activities concerning contracts for sale of equipment, materials, product, or services.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in the preparation of bids and ensure conformity to tender requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Compiling data for estimates; reconciling statements; running software programs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Raise and post sales invoices, cash receipts, cash payment vouchers, payroll, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain transactions and accounting and financial data such as sales records, accounts payables\/receivables, purchases, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with client payments, ensuring they are made on time.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, track and maintain the petty cash imprest and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cheques for payment.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all bank related activities including deposits, accounts reconciliation, etc. as required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports to monitor and track obligations and expenditures.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports for management accounts as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that proper and accurate statutory returns are prepared in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Process monthly payroll for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Review payroll forms and reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments or corrections.<\/li>\n<li>Rsearch, analyse, and resolve payroll-related problems or questions.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and analyse payroll data, prepare related reports<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a contact for payroll related issues\/inquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of first degree from a reputable university, higher degree is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Networking Applications and web based applications<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in similar position<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural\/international environment.<\/li>\n<li>ICAN certification a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Applicants should forward their CV&#8217;s to: <strong>careers@enabledsolutions.net<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n28th October,2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enabled Solutions is a leading provider of business and technology consulting services to blue chip organizations in the private and public sector.
