This role will also manage plant production goals. The candidate must demonstrate a can do attitude and have the capability to train and motivate employees and challenge a team.<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Organize and manage plant operation.<\/li>\n<li> Responsible for the production of the entire plant.<\/li>\n<li> Maintain safety and order of the plant.<\/li>\n<li> Institute plant policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li> Establish plant production goals.<\/li>\n<li> Maintain a positive community relationship.<\/li>\n<li> Responsible for the shift production schedule.<\/li>\n<li> Responsible for the production quality control.<\/li>\n<li> Implementation of 3 new lines of production (installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning).<\/li>\n<li> Supervise the maintenance team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Mechanical \/ Hydraulic engineer degree<\/li>\n<li> Must be a qualified Plant Manager.<\/li>\n<li> Experience into Quality management<\/li>\n<li> At least 5 years experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n<li> Possess excellent inter-personal relationship and sound leadership quality.<\/li>\n<li> Be personable and of high integrity.<\/li>\n<li> Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure.<\/li>\n<li> Fully fluent in spoken and written English.<\/li>\n<li> Corporate presentation, excellent interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li> Experience of Africa is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.adexen.com\/offer_NGA0322_plant-manager.html\">Apply here online<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adexen Jobs in Nigeria (Description) The ideal candidate must be an engineer with a first experience in a similar position in an Industrial group.
