unique individual and corporate clients&#8217; circumstances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Head, Financial Control<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Key Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Responsible for the financial accounting\/ control function in the business unit.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Carries overall responsibility for the preparation and quality of financial accounts and maintenance of financial records<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Contributes to and implements financial strategy.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assists in deciding on the financial and business viability of new and existing projects and programmes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Analyses financial records such as income trends.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Plans and prepares budgets and documents such as the annual report, according to organisational goals.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Analyses and monitors the effect of budget or policy changes on business unit productivity.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Responsible for audit liaison as well as tax, legislative &amp; statutory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Result Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial Control<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Contributes to and implements financial strategy.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Responsible for the financial accounting \/ control function in the business unit through other managers and their teams.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Carries overall responsibility for the preparation and quality of financial accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Analyses financial records such as income trends.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Analyses and monitors the effect of budget or policy changes on the business unit&#8217;s productivity.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assists in deciding on the financial and business viability of new and existing projects and programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Reporting<\/strong><br accountable for staff time, tasks and output quality, over periods of up to 1 year.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Creates a climate for optimal performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Manages performance.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Selects potential staff to sustain customer \/ client service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 years\u2019 experience minimum<\/li>\n<li>Individually accountable for the financial accounting\/ control function in the organisation through staff supervised over periods of 3 months to a year.<\/li>\n<li>Carries overall responsibility for the preparation and quality of financial accounts and maintenance of financial records.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of local and global insurance practices.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified Accountant \u2013 ICAN, ACCA, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a financial services firm (Big Four) is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Managerial skills.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level Officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Logistics and Fleet Support Officer<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe job holder will provide support to the client accounts officers managing immigrations and expatriate services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Tasks\/Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research required information for visa and immigration facilities processing using available resources including the internet, the experience of team members and personnel of relevant agencies;<\/li>\n<li>Deliver service and support to Client account officers and in certain instances, directly to Clients<\/li>\n<li>Interact with clients and Account officers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about processes and services;<\/li>\n<li>Gather customer\u2019s information and determine issues by evaluating and analyzing specifics<\/li>\n<li>Monitor vehicle movement and repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues according to Client specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Redirect problems to appropriate source.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately process and record all transactions in ledgers provided.<\/li>\n<li>Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining clients\u2019 business;<\/li>\n<li>Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to the team, clients and situations;<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and make scheduled call backs to clients where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Any other job or responsibilities that may be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in any field of study (Only).<\/li>\n<li>Must have basic understanding of logistics and fleet management.<\/li>\n<li>Must not be younger than 25 years.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside around Lekki \/ Ajah axis of Lagos state.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skill and Knowledge Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proper phone etiquette;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in typing and
