International Logistics Limited [2 positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Spectrum Forwarding &amp; International Logistics Limited is a commission agent\/performing a task on behalf of the exporter\/importer routine tasks such as Loading\/unloading of goods,storage of goods,arranging local transport, obtaining payment for his Customers.<br \/>\nOur scope covers the area of freight forwarding and logistics services<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Title:\u00a0 <\/strong>Business Development Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approach new customers to sell the company\u2019s international freight forwarding and sea freight services<\/li>\n<li>Promote and grow our Air and Sea freight services (both imports and exports).<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company name and values.<\/li>\n<li>Selling the company&#8217;s multimodal logistics services to new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange face-to-face meetings to present a portfolio of multimodal services, and to successfully win freight business with new and existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed monthly\/quarterly revenue sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Be customer focused- understand the customer\u2019s requirements and tailor a suitable solution for their needs<\/li>\n<li>Cold calling, quoting new business and close new business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a healthy pipeline of customers\/ accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting weekly activities and monthly achievements to your line manager.<\/li>\n<li>Updating the CRM system.<\/li>\n<li>Use own initiative to identify new sales opportunities for customers based around the world<\/li>\n<li>Achieving an agreeable target every year.<\/li>\n<li>Developing new ideas\/ strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of BSc in Business Admin,Finance,Marketing or other relevant fields required<\/li>\n<li>Candidates from the freight forwarding industry are preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record successfully leading and managing sales teams<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in selling air and ocean business as well as solution selling<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership, people and process management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship building skills, especially at the executive level<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written and visual\/presentation communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have ability to handle multiple responsibilities &#8212; to work across many accounts, projects, and\/or issues and prioritize effectively<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment &#8212; must work well across multiple units across the company<\/li>\n<li>Should be comfortable working with standard PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet) as well as using Sales Force Automation and Knowledge Management tools<\/li>\n<li>Should be familiar with the local business etiquette and customs of the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Job Title:\u00a0 <\/strong>Ports &amp; Shipping Administrator<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<br \/>\n<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She will be responsible for the administration of financial transactions related to cargo delivery and general Shipping Services<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for cost accounting and GST calculation purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring shipping costs and updating the Voyage Economic Model accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the preparation of the annual Shipping Services Budget based on the approved annual Shipping Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering shipping market data and assisting in preparing shipping market review reports.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the timely shipping of orders to customers<\/li>\n<li>Producing customer specific paperwork where necessary in line with the customer procedures<\/li>\n<li>Booking in deliveries with relevant warehouses where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing dispatched orders<\/li>\n<li>Managing the performance of nominated carriers<\/li>\n<li>Processing authorised Returns and investigating credit notes as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Taking information from Marketing Support team and agreeing shipment dates, producing and checking shipment reports.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping goods based on information received from the internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders for collection times.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with warehouse staff to agree shipment dates and arrange haulage.<\/li>\n<li>Filing all shipping-related paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Handling internal and external enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with customers on all matters regarding documentation and shipping<\/li>\n<li>Reporting dispatched order to the customer service and sales team<\/li>\n<li>Signing off supplier invoices as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Any other administration duties as may be reasonably required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND\/B.Sc in Ports &amp;
