review of provisions, accruals and journals with regards to CPs\/inventory and efficiency\/timeliness in the presentation of reports.<\/li>\n<li>Channel partner receivable management;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring no increment in debt by proper verification of credit limit assessment for CP<\/li>\n<li>Adequate communication to stakeholders and CP on overdue\/outstanding balances<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of CP profile on order management system (i.e. update with approved credit limit, creation of new CP, proper classification of CP etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring BGs are called in before expiration and timely transfer of debts to Legal.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring credit schemes introduced by stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Monitoring of inventory position;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This include establishing controls to safe guard Company assets,<\/li>\n<li>Communication of guideline and procedures for treatment of stock (e.g. write-off, deactivation of RCV, approval of credit notes etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring monthly stock count are conducted at all locations and the subsequent reconciliation of variances<\/li>\n<li>Communication with internal and external stakeholders on issues relating to inventory<\/li>\n<li>Management of inventory profile on system \u2013 update change in prices, new products, stock adjustments etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reconciliation of ERP and the sales order process system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CP and shop balances<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy in the posting of Inventory Sales made on Sales Order Process System interfaced to ERP<\/li>\n<li>Review of CP incentives\/ discounts computed by Commercial and ensuring accuracy in posting.<\/li>\n<li>Review of Monthly collation and reconciliation of RCV Serials to inventory position, to be communicated to Revenue Accounting and Revenue Assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relevant Skill and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A recognized university degree<\/li>\n<li>Professional Accounting qualification; Product Management, Proposition Development, Revenue and Margin Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all tariffs and pricing approvals<\/li>\n<li>Work with Airtel stakeholder community to develop competitively priced value proposition and packages which generates agreed margins for products and services<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high level of customer and network experience for the segment<\/li>\n<li>End-to-end management of existing SME products (GSM and Non GSM) and value propositions to meet targets for profitability and revenues, as agreed with the GM Commercial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.)\u00a0 Business Analysis, Data analysis, Usage and Retention Analysis and Intervention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage each in-life products and services on a profit and loss account basis, using financial performance data to make individual product investment and withdrawal decisions, proposing and implementing changes required to optimize performance through:\n<ul>\n<li>Customer incentives plans<\/li>\n<li>Sales incentives plans<\/li>\n<li>Upgrade<\/li>\n<li>Cross Sells<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the daily, weekly and monthly reports, region wise and at pan OPCO level to understand the trend of customer demands and acceptability inclination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5.) Market and Customer Insight:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage market research to get insights into consumer behavior and preferences and drive future programs and promotions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6.) Performance Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic support to enhance the delivery on regional SME sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop procedures for setting and communicating sales targets and monitoring performance.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy relevant metrics to routinely monitor progress against targets and recommend appropriate remedial actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage a sales pay plan which provides incentives and rewards to meet\/exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Provide sales performance data to support management decision making<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular review of the Sales Incentive Plan \u2013 Measurement Criteria, Monthly\/Quarterly targets etc. to ensure alignment with business focus and strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7.) Cross Functional Engagement and Support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the Single Point of Contact for all SME Segment related engagement across stakeholder departments in head office<\/li>\n<li>Work to ensure that all the departments\/verticals are fully aligned to deliver on meeting customer requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8.) Trade and sales team information dissemination and training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out regular SME sales training needs analysis<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate content development and delivery of skill enhancement programs to enhance professionalism of the SME sales team<\/li>\n<li>Effective interpretation and cascade of all new product and value propositions to the regional SME sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>9.) Effective SME sales processes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and continuously review SME sales management process to support the sale of enterprise products and services. Such processes include:\n<ul>\n<li>Bid Management<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>10.) Effective Competitor Analysis and Intelligence:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively liaise with Marketing in analyzing competitor\u2019s activities as well as relevant market development and proposing pre-emptive counter measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>11.)
