From printers and 3LCD projectors, to wearable GPS\/activity monitors and augmented reality smart glasses, Epson offers an extensive array of award-winning products to customers across the world.<\/p>\n<p>Epson are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for our Nigerian and West African Business Sales accounts. Focuses will include: growing our existing client accounts whilst also generating new relationships with potential customers \/ clients. A particular concentration should be placed on building sales pipelines with Government, petroleum, healthcare and other large corporate accounts.<\/p>\n<p>As a Regional Sales Manager in Epson, you will develop and implement the sales plan for designated accounts\/customers\/partners to generate business growth and maximise sales potential of Epson products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements strategy for the designated EPSON product portfolio, designed to achieve the business plan<\/li>\n<li>To develop sales opportunities with new customers following up a variety of leads. Qualifying these leads to identify opportunities with the best potential for success.<\/li>\n<li>Develop current customer relationships to achieve the maximum potential revenue from the EPSON portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Execute tactical plans in support of the sales strategy and communicate the progress both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Manage own portfolio of accounts demonstrating best practice account management and development to team.<\/li>\n<li>To consistently achieve high level results within defined business areas and motivate the sales team to achieve individual high level results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the marketing calendar for the full year.<\/li>\n<li>Input to the use of the channel marketing budget and align sales plans as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal implementation of generic Epson marketing plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Budgeting\/Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide information to enable the achievement of business goals<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to forecasting, major account reviews and account development planning in order to report progress.<\/li>\n<li>To provide information at relevant review meetings detailing business performance, whilst ensuring account managers and teams contribute effectively<\/li>\n<li>To ensure efficient management of costs including expenses, salaries, vendors etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior sales background preferably within a related Computer Hardware or High Tech Industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience of a matrix organisation and use of centrally resourced functions<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the local Nigerian and west African market<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and work independently<\/li>\n<li>A track record of sales results demonstrating customer portfolio growth<\/li>\n<li>Good record of academic achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and a highly ethical approach to business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should click below to apply<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Epson makes products and delivers solutions for a wide range of customers and we are committed to having a diverse workforce.\u00a0 Our Career path offers a competitive salary with an&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10160,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[46,63],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
