Our client is looking for a senior <strong>Contract Manager<\/strong> to handle one of its key client account in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>The contract manager will have the responsibility to Manage vessel charter contract:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vessel charter only<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"More...\" src=\"https:\/\/nigeriajoblist.com\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vessel charter and engineering &amp; offshore management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Vessel, ROV and engineering &amp; offshore management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<li>Maintain all corporate contract and amendment files current and aligned with company rules including summary sheets, Database entry records, close outs and archiving.<\/li>\n<li>Contractual and technical follow up with Client locally<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of any ship deficiency, crewing, ship cost, re-imbursable ship cost. Write, prepare and present remedial action plan to Client<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of parts from order to delivery to vessel, and provide update of any delay in process to management<\/li>\n<li>Management of ROV interface affiliated company or subcontractor of ROV mobilisation, performance, tooling or subcontractor, ship modification<\/li>\n<li>Manage local project engineer (if applicable) and provide installation engineering procedure, if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and control as built documentation &amp; planning<\/li>\n<li>Organise and procure equipment\/materials necessary for the performance of the project and implement QA\/QC system, with prior approval of management<\/li>\n<li>Obtain from charterer procedure and risk analysis for planned operation to assess risk and inform captain accordingly. (if develop by charterer)<\/li>\n<li>Attend risk analysis with charterer as required<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and organise site supervision team for procurement QA\/QC control in cooperation with operation manager. Ensure personnel are adequately trained. Supervise onshore operation and logistic when MPSV is berthing to quayside<\/li>\n<li>Implement\/develop system and procedure to share information\/feed back within the group<\/li>\n<li>Develop and provide the management with monthly project\/vessel report<\/li>\n<li>Develop commercial awareness of any other potential other charter or work of interest to the group, through charterer, or within charterer area.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain, purchasing and subcontract register, and specific procedure<\/li>\n<li>At tender stage, establish technical evaluation and recommend technical proposal, planning, contract review, establish planning, and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Propose and developed complementary service to customer within group strategy<\/li>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management for turnkey or service or Oil &amp; Gas industry of 5 to 10 years<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills at all levels and demonstrate a high level of initiative<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with ISM, ISO, and experience of working in a service industry environment<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literate: network working, Word, Excel, MS project, autocad (basis)<\/li>\n<li>Offshore medical certificate, HUET course<\/li>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adexen.com\/offer_NGA0232_contract-manager.html\">Click here to apply on Adexen website<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a leading international company in High technology marine services for the offshore Oil &amp; Gas industry.
