The Company is committed to offering the very best of travel deals packages such as cheap flights, cheap hotels, professional visa consultation, all at an affordable rate.<br \/>\nWe comprise of a group of professionals from major sector of the economy with a passion to drive the travel and tourism industry to a point of significance and relevance with the power of innovative technology.<\/p>\n<p>iCarryGo.com Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong>Ticketing and Reservation Officer<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Kaduna<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates are required to have a high level proficiency in the use of booking and reservation GDS (Global Distribution Systems) software such as Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of sales returns to accounts for daily sales.<\/li>\n<li>Promote all company products to create awareness and generate sales.<\/li>\n<li>Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Determine space availability on travel dates requested by customers and assign\/sell such when available.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for providing excellent services to customers in terms of ticketing reservations and company product to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Effect reservations &amp; ticketing for all clients to generate sales.<\/li>\n<li>Fare quotes to all clients to provide the best applicable fares and generate sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of basic airline fares and ticketing<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cash handling and debit card transaction<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of air kiosk<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented and accurate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform basic mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle stressful situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good university degree\/HND in any of the Social Sciences or Business Management Disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>All applicant must have 2-5 years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Applicant with other certification is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>The applicant must be residing in Kaduna or willing to relocate.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages and the Internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> ICT Officer<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All applicant must possess B.sc in any related field<\/li>\n<li>All applicant must have 2-5 years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Applicant with other certification is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>The applicant must be residing in Abuja or willing to relocate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidate must have at least four years experience with the following knowledge:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CMS<\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Travels and tours<\/li>\n<li>Online Marketing and Sales strategy<\/li>\n<li>Graphic Design and Data based management.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in SEO will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application and CV\u2019s to: <strong>jobs@icarrygo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Candidate should state the position they wish to apply for as the Subject of your mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<br \/>\n<\/strong>4th October, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iCarryGo.com Limited is an online travel company with her head office situated in, The Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Nigeria.
