We believe in the power of people and exploiting it to the maximum because we know that people are the greatest assets of any organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Box &amp; Cedar is recruiting for the following job position:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> Head, Technical Consulting<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Lagos<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination and management of PCIDSS Implementations<\/li>\n<li>Management of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing projects<\/li>\n<li>Development and review of technical security documentations<\/li>\n<li>Project supervision and management<\/li>\n<li>Development of new information security products<\/li>\n<li>Development of new sectors<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of technical security assessment projects<\/li>\n<li>Strategy formulation and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of direction and technical guidance to team members.<\/li>\n<li>Execute IT security projects while continuously gaining deep technical IT security knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Apply security assessments as a mechanism to shape up security strategy for organizations in order to meet the challenges posed by evolving cyber threats<\/li>\n<li>Strategic consulting on enterprise architecture, Info Sec and Project management<\/li>\n<li>Providing on and off site consultancy support to clients in developing and implementing information security management processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conducts compliance and risk assessments<\/li>\n<li>Define and produce client policies, procedures, processes and other documentations as required<\/li>\n<li>Perform security assessments\/compliance for enterprises in various domains like banking, software development, retail, telecom, service providers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Other Responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to staff<\/li>\n<li>Providing independent advice on information security<\/li>\n<li>Identifying business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Effectively markets the company\u2019s services, products and facilities<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KEY RESULT AREAS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform duties independently with little or no supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Satisfied\/delighted customers \u2013 internal and external (apparent through positive formal\/informal client feedback, prompt payment, repeat business)<\/li>\n<li>Effective opportunity identification and follow-through<\/li>\n<li>Meet or exceed agreed project delivery timelines and customer expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (preferably in computer science\/engineering)<\/li>\n<li>Master degree in information security or computer science or related subjects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Professional Qualification <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Security certification such as CISM, CISSP, CEJ, LPT, CCSA, CHFI, ECSA, OCSP, OCSE, CEH, CRISC etc.<\/li>\n<li>Other relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge &amp; Skills: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 to 12 years\u2019 experience in managing projects, conducting risk and security assessments including the sk<\/li>\n<li>Extremely technical in information security architecture<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of current security trends and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructure and Architecture analysis<\/li>\n<li>Risk management<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of IT Security Compliance (PCI DSS, Data Protection Act, ISO 27001)<\/li>\n<li>Process oriented, capable of documenting guidelines, policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge on drafting security baseline<\/li>\n<li>Well versed with Data Identification and Classification concepts and methods<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work individually but also to collaborate in a virtual team, with partners and clients<\/li>\n<li>Intelligent, articulate and persuasive<\/li>\n<li>Change management, project management and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral, written and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n28th October,2016<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should click below to apply online<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Box &amp; Cedar is an HR Consulting Firm.
