\"\"<\/a>The Strategy and corporate Development at FirstBank Nigeria <\/strong>is seeking a few exceptional candidates to fill present vacancies; HEAD, RESEARCH <\/strong>(Job Ref. #: SCD002)<\/p>\n

Job Profile <\/strong>
\nThe Research unit is responsible for providing strategic recommendations by generating fundamental research and analysis of companies, industries, markets and economies. The Head of Research will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and will have strategic and operational responsibility for a team of experienced research analysts.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
\n– Perform market research and assist in the development of competitive and business Intelligence research and analysis;
\n– Formulate industry forecasts and provide opinions on industry trends;
\n-Lead, manage and grow a team of research talent and a series of research projects;<\/p>\n

Minimum Experience\/Qualifications
\n\u2022Solid understanding of the Nigerian financial services sector, macro economy and capital markets;
\n\u2022Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects, exceptional analytical capacities and research skills;
\n-Excellent writing and communication skills. along with the ability to interpret research finding so that the audience benefits from actionable insights,
\n-Minimum 22 undergraduate degree and at least 7 years of relevant post-graduate work experience;
\n– Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated research leadership experience in financial services.<\/p>\n
