Our work includes educating health professionals and community health workers, strengthening health systems, fighting diseases such as TB, HIV\/AIDS and diabetes and providing humanitarian assistance through donated medicines, medical supplies and volunteer medical help.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Chief of Party, SHARP Program (Employment), Global Health<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently seeking a Chief of Party in anticipation of the Strategic HIV and AIDS Response Program (SHARP), Nigeria a USAID-funded anticipated multi-year health program.<\/li>\n<li>This program will focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of high-impact, evidence-based HIV\/AIDS interventions to meet state and local government areas&#8217; goals and objectives and will cover governance, access, and demand activities across HIV\/AIDS and tuberculosis services.<\/li>\n<li>The Chief of Party will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project and report directly to the designated USAID Contracting Officer\u2019s Representative (COR). goals and objectives and will cover governance, access, and demand activities across HIV\/AIDS and tuberculosis services.<\/li>\n<li>The Director, MEL will report to the DCOP and will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the program monitoring and evaluation framework and information system to track delivery against targets, outcomes and impacts.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will lead analysis of data collected for assessment of progress and areas of improvement, will guide reporting processes amongst technical staff and consolidates program reports, promote learning and knowledge sharing of best practices and lessons learnt.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he will support all the technical staff in M&amp;E functions and will manage any M&amp;E related staff in the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical leadership in M&amp;E systems design and implementation, and be responsible for the overall management of Strategic Information<\/li>\n<li>Lead and provide technical inputs to improve and facilitate the delivery of sound technical assistance in M&amp;E<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement appropriate guidelines to support USAID\/Nigeria, Government of Nigeria (GoN) counterparts and USAID\u2019s Implementing Partners in conducting M&amp;E and reporting results, contribute to national data collection and information systems, ensure data quality<\/li>\n<li>Analyze data sets and technical assessment findings; In-depth technical knowledge and experience in all components of HIV\/AIDS program including Prevention, Treatment, Care &amp; Support, PMTCT HIV\/TB, OVCs as well as cross-cutting areas such as Health Systems Strengthening (HSS).<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in relevant program management or technical advisory roles in complex health projects in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in HIV care and treatment activities.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of community-level challenges impacting care and treatment delivery.
