We work tirelessly to apply the latest technology to the property industry in an innovative way.<\/p>\n<p>We make it easy for buyers and prospective tenants to find properties for sale and to rent, and to provide enough property information to make a buying or renting decision.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Property Agent\/Realtor<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Job responsibilities of the Property Agent\/Realtor include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source new and potential developments with the view of building and establishing relationships with developers, sellers and buyers.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out inspections of properties be it off plan, land or developed property.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursements of funds.<\/li>\n<li>Act as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, usually representing one or the other.<\/li>\n<li>Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.<\/li>\n<li>Manage enquiries including phone calls, text messages and emails.<\/li>\n<li>Perform due diligence on properties to verify property documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Degree in Estate Management or related field.<\/p>\n<p>Must have good knowledge of Nigeria property market with existing network of estate agents, property owners and developers as well as property buyers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must have an uncompromising approach to accurate and timely reporting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Competitive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Applicants should send their CVs to <strong>jobs@privateproperty.com.ng<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Private Property is passionate about property and technology.
