Job Position Description<\/p>\n

PURPOSE OF JOB:
\nProvide client and market insights and assists with implementation of the sales process including research, business reports, sales pitches etc.
\nEnsures compliance requirements are actioned
\nManages Client information on bank\u2019s database
\nRelationship building with internal clients (product, credit, finance) to effectively manage business performance.
\nCustomer care and service
\nFollow-up with client service teams to ensure that service level agreements are adhered to.
\nDealing with issues\/queries to ensure client service is of the highest standard.
\nAct as a point of contact for enquiries often in the absence of the Relationship Manager
\nSupports RMs in the credit process
\nPreparation of Business Assessment Committee papers
\nCredit application (getting the relevant client information to forward to credit)
\nMonitor and manage the workflow between credit and relevant coverage sector
\nAssist with the management of the Departments position and other performance management targets including revenue and costs.
\nKeep and maintain adequate records of all business performance management data.
\nConstantly developing an intimate understanding of the sectors macroeconomic drivers, the key players, the clients, competitors, and recommending strategy.
\nTrack and monitor client product utilisations and revenue reporting.
\nWork with stakeholders to \u201cproject manage\u201d agreed actions arising from management meetings.<\/p>\n

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
\nProvides timely and relevant client performance data and market intelligence for effective management decision making
\nQuality control and management of all Business reporting and MIS for the relevant sector
\nFinancial Control – Performance Monitoring and Variance analysis
\nManaging Credit workflows for the relevant sector.<\/p>\n
