We are a dedicated team of professional consultants offering top of the line executive recruitment and selection services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Business Development Manager for Furniture<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe role will be predominantly building relationships with Construction Companies, Architects, Contractors, Civil Engineers, House builders, Developers, institutions (like, banks, school etc.. ) and Housing Associations by introducing our furniture products, and generate the sales.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generating Sales and creating Pipeline for new B2b business<\/li>\n<li>Meeting new prospects, understanding their requirement, quoting them, Converting into sales.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a pipeline for current and future projects.<\/li>\n<li>Pitching all furniture product to all clients and thus maximizing our share of sales from them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet reasonable Sales Target\u00a0 Per month including all furniture<\/li>\n<li>Presenting plan for upcoming week to immediate supervisor on every Saturday.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential customer list, meet decision makers &amp; push them to make buying decision.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Lead Generation &amp; Opening New accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Convert Above Leads to Active &amp; Regular Business ,<\/li>\n<li>With Each Account<\/li>\n<li>Understand their Monthly\/future Requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Understand Our Competition : Difference in Product, Price &amp; Other Service Offerings<\/li>\n<li>Maximize Business w each Customer.<\/li>\n<li>Find new avenues to meet potential big customers (Trade fair, builders \/ Architect forum), communicate about product &amp; convert them to sales orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience of selling marketing\u00a0 to B2B clients<\/li>\n<li>Specification sales experience ideally with architects, housing associations or local authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Qualified applicant should forward updated CV to <strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng\u00a0<\/strong>Using Business development Manager as the mail subject.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nNot Specified<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Ltd acts as a gateway to provide a wide range of recruitment and selection services to companies.
