To service our customers within Nigeria and possibly other West\/Central African Countries.<br \/>\nWe require the services of the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Operations Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and maintain personnel files continuously<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and select staff upto GS4 as required<\/li>\n<li>Implement company culture &amp; disciplinary procedure as required<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate performance appraisal for the partners as a whole and implement appraisal for staff in the HR department (quarterly)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement training programmes &amp; SURE ACE Project<\/li>\n<li>Prepare &amp; Implement our marketing\/operational\/financial &amp; other plans &amp; strategic plan to achieve the organizational objectives &amp; dreams<\/li>\n<li>Develop and plan new businesses &amp; create and maintain excellent customers\/partners relationships<\/li>\n<li>To ensure smooth operation of the Training, Consulting &amp; Medical Services of the company<\/li>\n<li>Must have industry contacts<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties which are within the scope of this appointment and which are requested by the MD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Applicants should send their Applications and CV&#8217;s to: <strong>oman@uhy-ng-maaji.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n2nd November,2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UHY Maaji &#8211; We are Partners to a Europe based Packaging Equipment manufacturing company for the Food and Beverage industry.
