Founded on a philosophy and style that has positioned her to consistently provide a reliable and effective work force as well as manage total overhaul, re-engineering and training services to her numerous clients since 2006.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Locum Nurse<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\nWorking Hours: Saturday and Sunday<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nTask Complexity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and support to patients.<\/li>\n<li>Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures<\/li>\n<li>Provides primary care medical services to patients including preventative, maintenance and episodic care.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in the daily clinic operations, including process improvement and development of a team-based approach.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts comprehensive health histories, complete physical exams, order and\/or perform diagnostic tests, analyze data, formulate problem lists, develop and implement plans of care.<\/li>\n<li>Provides tailored counseling and effective motivational interviewing through establishing appropriate goals and action plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Specific Competencies (Skills\/ Knowledge\/ Attributes):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caring and compassionate nature<\/li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Observational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Nursing (BSc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Specification (Experience &amp; Training)Academic and Professional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a Registered Nurse<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Certified Life Saver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants should send their application letters and CV&#8217;s to: <strong>hr@teclab-ng.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n15th November,2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teclab is a specialist consulting firm dedicated to human resource services and management.
