If fresh thinking and a passion to win inspire you, come Unleash Your Power at Kimberly-Clark.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> MIS Cordinator<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the job<\/strong><br \/>\nTo control all material under the jurisdiction of production, this includes all material issues, returns &amp; physical stock on the production floor.<br \/>\nTo coordinate and report daily production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with Planning to agree on all material requirements for production.<\/li>\n<li>Checking &amp; controlling production material floor stock.<\/li>\n<li>Daily floor stock counts at required times (Including adhering to month end deadlines).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all required materials are issued a shift in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all material returns &amp; NCR\u2019s are processed and captured correctly on SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking all consumption\u00a0 &amp; returns of material on SAP :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Finishing Materials<\/li>\n<li>Wadding<\/li>\n<li>Raw Materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate material variances on a daily basis, including analysis of material quality.<\/li>\n<li>Assist operations team with material trials.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of physical material stock to SAP after every Production run &amp; ensuring that all adjustments were processed on SAP (Diaper raw material to be reconciled daily).<\/li>\n<li>Alerting Planning in advance for any material shortages that might occur, to ensure timeous procurement of new material.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to financial procedures during stock counts and reconciling of counts.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate decision support, reporting to management to assist in optimising manufacturing cost and meeting plant objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Work with mill operations team to investigate results, adverse trends and communicate outcomes, as well as suggested corrective actions to relevant individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily production reports.<\/li>\n<li>Declaration &amp; Reconciliation of production and machine hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or equivalent with accounting and 1-2 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Logistical or equivalent qualification with 1 year\u2019s experience, preferably within a FMCG environment. \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the job<\/strong><br \/>\nAccountable for the \u2018end to end\u2019 ownership of all Customer service activities for a portfolio of external customers.\u00a0 Includes all ordering activities and also prompt query resolution across the entire Order to Delivery process.<br \/>\nBuild up a strong relationship with your portfolio of customers,\u00a0 so as to understand their needs and ensure we deliver \u2018value added\u2019 service to our customers<br \/>\nUtilise LEAN philosophies,\u00a0 so as to remove \u2018non value\u2019 added activities in order to free up resource to focus on these value added activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely and accurate capture of orders in their various formats,\u00a0 process them and manage any subsequent changes.\u00a0 Manage the total process and look to ensure \u2018on time\u2019 and \u2018in full\u2019 deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>EDI order management \u2013including review of blocked and incomplete orders ensuring that orders are not unduly delayed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0 that advance notification\u00a0 procedures are proactively followed,\u00a0 in order to ensure internal and external customers are kept informed of any stock shortages\u00a0 and availability dates are updated.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and strengthen your working relationships with your internal \/external customers to clearly understand their needs to ensure we deliver \u2018value added\u2019 service to our customer., whilst minimising cost s to the business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and strengthen a network within the business across depts., AR, deployment,\u00a0 supply optimisers, logistics and\u00a0 the business team.\u00a0 Break down the \u2018silo\u2019 mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate full understanding of supply chain processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Receive queries relating to the Order to delivery process and manage to prompt\u00a0 resolution liaising with all necessary parties.\u00a0 Maintain log of these ,ensure customers are kept informed of any query and also ensure query turnaround time KPI is met.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure you take accountability of any issue and drive through root cause analysis,\u00a0 so as to avoid reoccurrence in the future.<\/li>\n<li>Take accountability for the total \u2018end to end\u2019 process,\u00a0 you are the dedicated person responsible for all the Customer service needs of the customer and\u00a0 therefore accountable for driving through service improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and facilitation of Holiday plans.<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed personal KPI&#8217;s as well as focussing to increase team effectiveness and team KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the requests for collection\/returns of good stock product process through to resolution.<\/li>\n<li>The compilation and publishing of various key reports as required by the business and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate potential escalations prior to them becoming business critical.<\/li>\n<li>Develop knowledge and actively support\u00a0 LEAN initiatives,\u00a0 take accountability for identifying \u2018non value\u2019 added tasks and driving through improvements,\u00a0 so as to create white space.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to build product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Support total team during busy periods and holidays\/absence.<\/li>\n<li>Support any other duties as reasonably requested by team leader.<\/li>\n<li>Follow business and internal control procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all relevant monitoring systems with valid information.<\/li>\n<li>Manage your GPM tool and your own personal development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to Matric level.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years experience in a customer service contact role, preferably in a FMCG environment .<\/li>\n<li>Experience of
