{"id":32934,"date":"2016-10-27T16:46:25","date_gmt":"2016-10-27T15:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=32934"},"modified":"2016-10-27T16:48:57","modified_gmt":"2016-10-27T15:48:57","slug":"graduate-job-recruitment-pearl-stone-steel-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/graduate-job-recruitment-pearl-stone-steel-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"Graduate Job Recruitment at Pearl Stone &#038; Steel Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pearl Stone &amp; Steel Limited is a reputable company in Real Estate and construction business, registered in Nigeria, our headquarter is located in Wuye, Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b> Marketing Manager<br \/>\n<b>Location:<\/b> Abuja<br \/>\n<b><\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the company with Marketing, Branding, Planning and Development etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and Implement marketing and sales plan.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and service both the existing and the new clients satisfactorily.<\/li>\n<li>Give timely report on sales activities assigned to him\/her.<\/li>\n<li>Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.<\/li>\n<li>Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.<\/li>\n<li>Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.<\/li>\n<li>Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.<\/li>\n<li>Must be customer responsive and creative.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Discover new opportunities constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate new opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to designated personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Source and develop client referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Make presentations of company products to current and potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of company products.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on sales activity.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>You must be resident in Abuja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualifications: B.Sc \/ HND\/ND.<\/li>\n<li>Must have 1-3 years Marketing Experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>must be living in Abuja and understand the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\ninterested and qualified candidates should forward their applications and CV&#8217;s to: <b>pearlstst@gmail.com<\/b> using the position as subject matter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline<\/b><br \/>\n29th October, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pearl Stone &amp; Steel Limited is a reputable company in Real Estate and construction business, registered in Nigeria, our headquarter is located in Wuye, Abuja.
