{"id":32942,"date":"2016-10-28T09:41:00","date_gmt":"2016-10-28T08:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=32942"},"modified":"2016-10-28T09:41:00","modified_gmt":"2016-10-28T08:41:00","slug":"job-vacancy-workforce-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/job-vacancy-workforce-group.html","title":{"rendered":"Job Vacancy at Workforce Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Workforce Group<\/strong> (Formerly <b>Workforce Management Centre<\/b>) is a solution based business consulting firm with focus on providing solutions to help our clients bridge the gap between Strategy Development, Talent Acquisition, Strategy Execution and Organizational Performance.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Documentation Officer<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support documentation, accreditation, filing, database management, etc. to the Outsourcing business throughout the employee life cycle.<\/li>\n<li>This role will be accountable for the organisation\u2019s indemnity through the assurance of SLA compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and initiate employment related documents and ensure up to date documentation and filing processes<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the relevant functions within the Outsourcing team to ensure strict compliance with documentation requirement<\/li>\n<li>Advise candidates\/External Consultants and distribute information required for physical accreditation and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Logistics support, provide assistance and staff support as requested; answer inquiries and provide regular status reports.<\/li>\n<li>Manage induction briefing\/training sessions for new staff and ensure that they have accurate and timely information required to make effective transition.<\/li>\n<li>Work with verification officers to contact and conduct investigative interviews of applicants\u2019 guarantors; develop and pursue lines of inquiry and direct applicants to provide additional information if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and verify applicant references (academic and professional); contact academic institutions and professional organizations to obtain and verify information.<\/li>\n<li>Research employees\u2019 records to verify information and check for inconsistencies related to their information.<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports from the information obtained as at when required and maintain confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Periodically review client SLA to ensure compliance and incorporate change requests.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, working independently or with other team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Challenge &amp; Operating Environment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High propensity for forgery issues<\/li>\n<li>Work conditions require lifting items \u2013 files and documents<\/li>\n<li>May require working long hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a B.Sc\/HND<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Male, very smart and resourceful.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in job functions such as verification, ensuring compliance to set standards, handling archives, data analysis, doing reports and multitasking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Applicants should send their CV&#8217;s to: <strong>jobs@wfmcentre.com<\/strong> the Subject of the mail should be &#8220;Documentation Officer&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n29th October,2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Workforce Group (Formerly Workforce Management Centre) is a solution based business consulting firm with focus on providing solutions to help our clients bridge the gap between Strategy Development, Talent Acquisition,&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10160,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
