The company made history on August 5, 2001 by becoming the first telecoms operator to launch commercial GSM services in Nigeria and has scored a series of many &#8220;firsts&#8221; in the highly competitive Nigerian telecommunications market including the first to introduce toll-free 24-hour customer care; first to launch service in all the six geo-political zones in the country; first to introduce affordable recharge denominations; first to introduce monthly free SMS and first to introduce monthly airtime bonus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Manager Budget Control &amp; Analysis<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the support of the budget control process by ensuring no budget overspend without approval; accurate coding of OAF\/CAF and adherence to FDOA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OAF\/CAF expense analysis and processing &#8211;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all OAF\/CAF are processed within TAT defined.
