We leverage the strength of our partners from technology and business model to market access and branding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Co-Managing Director &#8211; Business Development &amp; Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p>Go to market strategy and execution in emerging markets<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on emerging markets to deploy disruptive new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Build local marketing strategies and execution plan<\/li>\n<li>Recruit a strong team in sales and marketing operation<\/li>\n<li>Assist in defining and execute business\/partnership development strategies and action plans for our local venture business<\/li>\n<li>Define our JV\u2019s sales strategy for the local market, then adapt and validate their sales cycle accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Apply strategic thought to identify and report issues or barriers to sales in the local markets and propose innovative solutions which will increase results.<\/li>\n<li>Research on local, regional and vertical business trends, local markets potential, and any sales tactics, networks connections, and business actions that could be leveraged for closing deals<\/li>\n<li>Develop our JV\u2019s business in new markets and be directly responsible for expansion in the selected countries in the region<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain extensive senior level business connections and industry networks, online and offline<\/li>\n<li>Establish opportunities with all potential customers and partners<\/li>\n<li>Manage all business development activities in the assigned business sectors and in relation to the acknowledged objectives<\/li>\n<li>Be sales accountable in a collaborative selling model with flexibility to JV\u2019s organisation<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with product and marketing people by our JV, giving feedback on markets\u2019 needs and localized value propositions<\/li>\n<li>Identify leads, engage with prospects, and acquire new customers<\/li>\n<li>Master smartly online channels and IT tools (mainly online CRM) for cost effective sales funnel management<\/li>\n<li>Manage our portfolio of contacts across JVs and build synergies valuable for Reengine Ventures in the long term<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 or more years of work experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in emerging markets<\/li>\n<li>Successful track record in achieving sales and business development targets<\/li>\n<li>Strong business presence, professional image and the ability to communicate business value and close deals<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing international and multi-cultural situations involving different types of clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of ecosystems of companies, products, and stakeholders in the tech and digital space<\/li>\n<li>Used to Hard work, daily sales activity, attention to details, and the ability to quickly identify and qualify new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well both independently and in an distributed &amp; collaborative team<\/li>\n<li>Ready to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly, confidently &amp; concisely, both oral &amp; written<\/li>\n<li>Mastering IT &amp; cloud applications, digital services, Internet, mobile, social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hard skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are fluent in English and French (spoken \/ written)<\/li>\n<li>You are a good communicator and have good presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>You master spreadsheet for data gathering, import &amp; export, formulas, and charts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a great networker and you socialized naturally<\/li>\n<li>You are well-organized, agile and excellent at multi-tasking<\/li>\n<li>You are flexible, ambitious and self-driven<\/li>\n<li>You are hard-working and tenacious<\/li>\n<li>You are open-minded, curious and give attention to details<\/li>\n<li>You have good interpersonal skills and you are an autodidact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Spirit:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are a global minded company with partners in different part of the world and we work with a global network of consultants. Working with human resources, develop and execute plans to attract and retain top IT talent.<\/li>\n<li>Take control of all development phases while building your team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in the field of computer science, engineering or related field is preferred.
