\n\u2022 The Territory Sales Manager is accountable for the full scope of the company\u2019s commercial interaction with defined number of key customers and Wholesalers.<\/p>\n
\nOther key responsibilities include:
\n\u2022 Achieve sales and 4Ps targets
\n\u2022 Building long term partnership with the customer
\n\u2022 Distributor Management
\n\u2022 Execute Promotional strategy per customer
\n\u2022 Implement category strategy per customer
\n\u2022 Develop new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation
\n\u2022 Training and development of Distributor sales resources<\/p>\n
\nTo be qualified for these positions, an applicant must possess:
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years experience In Sales\/ Marketing and Key Account Management in an FMCG Company
\n\u2022 A University degree in a commercial subject from a recognised University;
\n\u2022 Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating; driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles;
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues as well as business issues\/opportunities;
\n\u2022 Must not be older than 30 years.<\/p>\n
