JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER<\/p>\n

Job Position Summary<\/strong>:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Generate business for Hotel
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Revenue generation
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Build strong strategic relationship with corporate clients
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Identify, develops and maintain sales objectives, sales plans, and programs in accordance with the hotel\u2019s mission statement.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Outside sales calls are a priority in this position.<\/p>\n

Tasks and Competencies<\/strong>:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain high visibility in the Corporate and hospitality communities as appropriate.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain efficient sales office procedures and insures the maintenance of accurate and updated account files and follow-up procedures.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Make face-to- face sales calls.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated and mailing lists.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Design new programs and sales campaigns, to develop additional sales from the various market niches.
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts (i.e., tracing, booking, contracting, communicating with hotel departments, and following up with group for feedback and future bookings).
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Follow the Sales and Marketing plans
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Must be service oriented to potential guests<\/p>\n

Qualification<\/strong>:
\nMinimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant discipline.
\nMinimum of 5 years experience in a top-tier corporate organisation.
\nProven track record in achieving set organizational targets<\/p>\n
