As a result of expansion and strong growth; we require the following experienced and high performing professionals to join our team.<\/p>\n<p>JOB TITLE: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 The Regional Sales Manager leads the regional sales force and manages effectively the Distributors and his team to achieve the agreed sales and commercial objectives within approved budgetary limits through a combination of own and Distributor team activation through customer plan creation and implementation and executing the company\u2019s 4P objectives within the key trade channels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nOther key responsibilities include:<br \/>\n\u2022 Achieve sales and 4P targets<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and manage distributor and distribution network<br \/>\n\u2022 Deliver distribution target for core brands as well as new products within the assigned sales Region<br \/>\n\u2022 Deliver visibility and merchandising of RB brands in line with targets and best practice recommendation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain and drive compliance on the optimal4P mix at store level.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive execution of promotional activities to deliver profitable returns for the company<br \/>\n\u2022 Coach &amp; manage a team of Sales Managers to deliver on set Sales objective.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify and harness sales development opportunities within area of coverage.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide bottom up sales forecasts \u2022 Gather and analyse market intelligence report and keep the business informed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales Marketing in an FMCG Company<br \/>\n\u2022 A University degree in a commercial subject from a recognised University, business studies will be an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022 Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated<br \/>\n\u2022 Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills,<br \/>\n\u2022 Capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong commercial understanding of business issues\/opportunities<br \/>\n\u2022 Good grasp of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and tactics leading supported by implementation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to think outside the box.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply, send your resume &amp; covet letter to:\u00a0<strong>rb.hr@reckittbenckiser.com<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can also send hard copy of your application and credentials to:<br \/>\nThe Country HR Manager,<br \/>\nReckitt Benckiser Nigeria Limited,<br \/>\n12, Montgomery Road,<br \/>\nP.O.
