The successful candidate shall be employed by Intarman Limited and seconded to our client as a Contract Staff.<\/p>\n<p>Job Title: PROJECT PLANNER \u2013 PEO\/ INT08<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Job<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is a 3rd Party Contract Staff Position<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\tTo develop and manage a centralized planning and control system for the overall production Project portfolio that will facilitate project delivery within established targets.<br \/>\n\u2022\tProvide regular key information to management reporting on schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate would amongst others:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\tProvide project management support in the development of the integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the overall project portfolio baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop and maintain the overall Project portfolio plan at Level 1 to 4, required to develop and execute each approved project in their hierarchy relationship.<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop and update the Overall CAPEX Project Plan, progress measurement and monitoring procedures so each element of the project performs the work process consistently.<br \/>\n\u2022\tSchedule control activities to monitor physical progress against key deliverables and track trends on schedule overrun and under-run and use such trend information to identify timely corrective action to maintain schedule.<br \/>\n\u2022\tProvide monthly progress updates, forecast completion together with the critical path and trend analysis.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssess the impact of approved changes and any deviation from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and \u201cwhat if\u201d scenarios to aid project management decision \u2013making.<br \/>\n\u2022\tEvaluate bid schedule and review contractor execution plan and develop the key milestone dates for critical projects for alignment with overall integrated Project portfolio. Verify that contractors reported progress is correct and accurately reflected in the overall Project portfolio integrated plan.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tReview scope change request for the impact on schedule and critical path of the project. Prepare<br \/>\nreconciliation between baseline schedule and the current schedule and provide schedule impact assessments to change control process.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tPerform risk and sensivity analysis on project schedules or critical path analysis and evaluate impact on overall Project portfolio plan.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tApply probabilistic techniques to determine and communicate the possible range of schedule completion dates for the project. This will include tracking schedule risk mitigation efforts, the criticality of the main paths to completion, float consumption and release of the 50\/50 schedule contingency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification and experience required:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\tB.Sc. \/ HND in Engineering, obtained at a minimum of Second Class Lower Division\/ Lower Credit.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tMust possess excellent Knowledge of MS PROJECT and PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tHave 7 years post graduation experience, 5 years of which should have been in project development and execution in a reputable company<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tPossess an understanding of contracting strategy, project optimization and construction constraints.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tAble to interface and communicate effectively with others in a multi discipline and multi \u2013racial project team.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tMust not be more than 45 years<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD OF APPLICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please address application quoting Ref no PEO\/INT08 back of the application envelope to:<\/p>\n<p>HEAD, RECRUITMENT SERVICES<br \/>\nINTARMAN LIMITED<br \/>\nP.
