With a heritage of more than 130 years, ABB operates in more than 100 countries with about 135,000 employees.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Title:<\/b>\u00a0Customer Service Manager<br \/>\n<b>Job Description<\/b><br \/>\nAs a Customer Service Manager, you will be providing logistics customer service and customer relationship management for internal customers as part of the Transport Management Center.<\/p>\n<p><b>In this role, your main responsibilities will include; <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal and external customer and organizational performance and delivering reporting and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and responding to incoming inquiries from internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Being the point of escalation, if issue cannot be resolved by individual customer service staff.<\/li>\n<li>Auditing files \/ reports for accuracy and to ensure closure to all assigned issues daily.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining internal and (in exceptional cases) external customer relationships (Customer Facing).<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively taking care of internal and external shipment delay communication.<\/li>\n<li>Providing inputs to establish processes documented in standard operating procedures (SOP) for internal customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and updating internal customer-specific master data in Transport Management System (e.g. loading time windows).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding customer service procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding multi-channel customer communication.<\/li>\n<li>Having a working knowledge of the key functionalities of Transport Management Systems (TMS).<\/li>\n<li>Know how to differentiate a &#8220;true and objective&#8221; customer complaint from a complaint for \u201culterior motives\u201d and act accordingly to it.<\/li>\n<li>Know how to conduct root cause analysis and derive corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to challenge other internal departments to resolve customer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled at finding root causes of issues and ability to apply Pareto Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Performing other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally you will have a Bachelor \/ College degree with at least 3 years of experience,<\/li>\n<li>Should be advanced in MS Office skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point,<\/li>\n<li>Should be having excellent knowledge of general administrative \/ office and logistics procedures and of job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive \/ complex duties of the job,<\/li>\n<li>Should have understanding in transport networks across organizational boundaries (end-to-end), Previous transport &amp; logistics experience a plus,<\/li>\n<li>Should have an ability to perform multiple tasks at a given time,<\/li>\n<li>Should be having customer centric service attitude and strong communication and issue resolution skills and APICS, ISM, or other supply chain certification(s) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/245841543?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A1%2Cposition%3A3%2CMSRPsearchId%3A76b94207-35d8-472c-b934-d95583db4d4f&amp;refId=76b94207-35d8-472c-b934-d95583db4d4f&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Click Here to Apply<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ABB is a pioneering technology leader in electrification products, robotics and motion, industrial automation and power grids serving customers in utilities, industry and transport &amp; infrastructure globally.
