following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Training Coordinator<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Training Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing the training facility with responsibilities including designing both general and bespoke programmes, marketing training courses to the appropriate target audience, conducting and coordinating all training programmes, and facilitating partnerships with local, regional, and international partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Map out training plans, design and develop training programs<\/li>\n<li>Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Market available training opportunities to target audience and provide necessary information<\/li>\n<li>Conduct organisation wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed<\/li>\n<li>Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Design and prepare educational aids and materials<\/li>\n<li>Assess instructional effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated curriculum database and training records<\/li>\n<li>Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and Consultant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Consultant will be tasked with the responsibility of providing strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services to assist organisations in improving productivity and overall performance, whilst minimising cost and risk.<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates will possess business skills that will help clients solve problems, create value and maximise growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategy design and planning to helping clients understand how to identify, prioritise, and manage issues<\/li>\n<li>Research and analysis to include peer benchmarking, trend analysis, case studies, article writing, and best practice identification<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage relationships with clients<\/li>\n<li>Oversee projects from proposal stage to post-implementation<\/li>\n<li>Manage financial data to include identifying Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for handling, designing and producing digital media projects for clients to best serve the client organizations business goals.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will provide clients with insight on new internet technologies and digital media applications.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will also work closely with our team of consultants to develop goals and objectives for marketing campaigns, analyze target groups and execute digital media strategist various promotional and marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will oversee the development of budgets, cost projections and analyses to ensure cost effectiveness of digital media strategies.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will regularly communicate with the team and report progress to organization leadership.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will assess opportunities to jump start or improve digital media manipulation or marketing. information technology, computer science, advertising, communications, journalism or public relations<\/li>\n<li>Desired candidates must have an advanced knowledge of tools like Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, DVD Studio, and other types of audio and video recording and editing software<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be familiar with the principles of visual communication (photography, videography) and the role(s) they play in advertising<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must possess the ability to communicate clearly, especially in the use of the technological methodologies and concepts required to get message across to clients as well as potential customers, consumers and the public at large<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have strong time management skills, and can deliver
