We operate a structured yet fun and easy-going work environment and also a management trainee and in-house entrepreneurial mentor-ship program.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below: <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Merchandising Team Lead<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a Merchandising team of 5-10 people<\/li>\n<li>Review and update key metrics including but not limited to prices, product availability and product assortment<\/li>\n<li>Generate and analyse performance reports in order to aid planning and decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Oversee accurate display of image, description and price of products on the website<\/li>\n<li>Determine rationale for setting and adjustment of prices<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage product sourcing opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Review and update of stock records and prices<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic review of the website for completeness, accuracy and attractiveness<\/li>\n<li>Manage regular stock checks at retail partners according to pre-defined schedules<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively approach, negotiate with and sign new retail partners<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationship with retail partners<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular analysis of product availability metrics and implement lasting solutions to improve performance where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Design innovate promotions tailored to specific demographics, events and festive periods<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to overall company strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<li>High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>A university degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Merchandising, Buying\/Purchasing, eCommerce or Retail is preferred but not required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of FMCG brands<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of customer tastes and buying patterns in order to determine tailored promotions<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of product prices at supermarkets and local markets across all categories<\/li>\n<li>Good written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good negotiating skill<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative and work independently without supervision<\/li>\n<li>Must have high-energy, be enthusiastic and display professionalism at all times<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must have integrity and high moral standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Accountant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re looking for an organized and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing team.
