{"id":35751,"date":"2017-01-25T10:02:32","date_gmt":"2017-01-25T09:02:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=35751"},"modified":"2017-01-25T10:02:32","modified_gmt":"2017-01-25T09:02:32","slug":"interswitch-limited-recruiting-business-process-improvement-consultants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/interswitch-limited-recruiting-business-process-improvement-consultants.html","title":{"rendered":"Interswitch Limited Recruiting Business Process Improvement Consultants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Interswitch Limited is an integrated payment and transaction processing company that provides technology integration, advisory services, transaction processing and payment infrastructure to government, banks and corporate organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Interswitch, through its Super Switch provides online, real-time transaction switching that enable businesses and individuals have access to their funds across the 24 banks in Nigeria and across a variety of payment channels such as Automated Teller Machines (ATMS), Point of Sale (PoS) terminals, Mobile Phones, Kiosks, Web and Bank Branches.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Process Improvement Consultant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead in collaboration with the Operational Excellence the Six Sigma improvement process across the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure improvement projects are aligned with Interswitch\u2019s Group Strategy, implemented and adequately funded<\/li>\n<li>Develop a sustainable framework to practice Lean Six Sigma Methodology across the Group<\/li>\n<li>Define a Structure and roles to embed and practically apply the Lean Six Sigma Methodology<\/li>\n<li>Advocate, drive and manage organizational change to sustain the benefits of implementing the change resulting from improvement objectives<\/li>\n<li>Assist to promote Lean Six Sigma at the C-level to obtain critical support and resources<\/li>\n<li>Drive productivity improvement solutions across the Group.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and clearly communicate metrics that will drive improvements across the Group<\/li>\n<li>Influence, engage and motivate staff through team work, participation and recognition<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and mentorship on process improvement methods<\/li>\n<li>Coach and train Green Belts to prepare detailed plans to implement k Improvement projects<\/li>\n<li>Track improvement projects performance and check that the improvement objectives will be met through the implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic Qualification(s): Minimum of Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>Professional Qualification(s): Six Sigma Black Belt (from an accredited organisation), Project Management Professional\/PRINCE 2 certification<\/li>\n<li>Experience (Number of relevant years): Minimum of ten (10) years\u2019 experience in a similar function with at least 2 cross industry experiences.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of five (5) years post Black Belt experience.<\/li>\n<li>Others Familiar with a variety of the payment industry\u2019s concepts, practices, and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n27th January, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications to: <a href=\"mailto:careers@interswitchgroup.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@interswitchgroup.com<\/strong><\/a> using the subject of mail should be &#8220;Business Process Improvement Consultant&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interswitch Limited is an integrated payment and transaction processing company that provides technology integration, advisory services, transaction processing and payment infrastructure to government, banks and corporate organizations.
