We offer commercial and residential Internet to estates, hotels and multi-tenant buildings.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care Executive <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing exceptional customer service to our customers<\/li>\n<li>Brand building; informing customers of the positive impact of organization\u2019s activity<\/li>\n<li>Showing empathy towards customer\u2019s issues.<\/li>\n<li>Providing up to date, accurate and appropriate information to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Inputs and update subscriber information as required.<\/li>\n<li>Log on service request for action.<\/li>\n<li>Providing customer feedback to management for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Optimum utilization of Customer Relationship Management systems\/tools.<\/li>\n<li>Achieving set target.<\/li>\n<li>Up selling and Cross selling internet packages<\/li>\n<li>Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\u2019s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains customer records by updating account information.<\/li>\n<li>Opens customer accounts by recording account information.<\/li>\n<li>Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions<\/li>\n<li>Setting up new users\u2019 accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accountant \/ Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong> Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post sales transactions<\/li>\n<li>Bank and online reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis of accounts as requested<\/li>\n<li>Assist with end of year closings<\/li>\n<li>Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable<\/li>\n<li>Prepare tax computations and returns<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Assist with payroll administration<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences<\/li>\n<li>Account\/bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Review and process expense reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Network Operating Center Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain Monitoring Systems (these report on the status and performance of the network, ISP services and facilities).<\/li>\n<li>Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on the systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution).<\/li>\n<li>Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for colocation, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services).<\/li>\n<li>Server build and installs, application upgrades, network equipment build and installation.
